Mine used to run hot untill i replaced the rad fan switch with a new one, i'd give that a try, but im guessing your fan does work but it doesn't kick in untill 100+

mine doesnt go above 1/4 and fan kicks in at 1/2

lol i have a corsa 2.0 8v turbo and it has a 10" slim fan and i cut it in when i want but it still run's hot!

just asking what temp's let's run at!

I have a big ally rad and a slim line fan and that kicks in at 85 and it does'nt go past 90.

Vaux gauges are poop, so its all a bit pointless, unless you can actually tell with another gauge etc.

I have had one that ran just above blue and one that stayed halfway - both were fine!

My fan is set to kick in at about 93 degree's, so it's on quite a bit
