1600 into 1.2 Merit Niggly things?

Ive just accuired a GSi lump wid all Anc's and i just want to know what Niggly things needs to be sorted for the Conversion

Ive got Engine n Box,all pipe work, Loom, Ecu, Engine mounts, driveshafts, Brakes, suspension, exhaust system

Questions i need answered

Fuel pump, Im gonna mount it in the Engine bay to save hassel, how do i do it? (Bare in mind im thick as fuck)

Wiring?

Can i use my 1.2 radiator?

Any other niggly things i need to do?

Any help apreciated

u will need the 1.6 rad IMO

the 1200 rad is fine

as for the pump, it SHOULD be ok - but the 1.2 tank doesnt have a swirl pot so u might get it cutting out when the fuel is low and your cornering

I split my lower arm ball joints!
got air filter, oil filter, oil, erm...... ooh, throttle cable will need changing!
thats all i can think of atm!

Dude,

Don't fit your pump in the bay, it's very dangerous! If you have a crash the engine stalls, the injection system cuts off the power to the pump. Therefore no fuel gets to the bay to be ignited by the hot engine...... Fit it in the right place.
