I'd try a local glass merchants Dave or buy a glass scribe from screw fix but I'd get a few back up mirrors to accommodate for breakages

Not sure Dave, not worked out when and where I'll get mines from

Once my actual mirrors are completed I'll sort out the glass stuff :)

Use a glass cutter, score the front and then tap the back of the glass (a very small hammer and hit the back of the line you have scored). If you are careful and accurate you will make a nice job of it.

Here is a glass cutter. Maybe worth a try CLICKY (http://www.diytools.co.uk/diy/Main/sp-69-12007-7332-plasplug-gc900-glass-cutter-%26-wheel.asp)

Get a glass cutter, score the lines on the actuall glass front, line the score with alcohol, light it then simply snap it off.

I got the OE glass cut at a local glass supplier/cutter.

Cost me less than a fiver.
