i need some one to replicate the upper to lower inlet manifold flange out of steel about 5mm thick, any ideas?

Yeah the top most flange *snigger* If its for a 1.6 maybe not, any machine shop should be able to make it tho.

Yeah see above link dude... Some handly tips..

search your local yellow pages for lazer/waterjet cutters take them over one of the gaskets that go on that part of the manifold they can take there meassurements from that then cut you one out in whatever material you want i prefer water cutting as it tidyer but depends what you can find local . if not get some steel trace round the gasket jigsaw round the outside of the traceing and use a drill and slowly drill holes till you end up with the shape needed will take awile make sure you have some sharp bits tho lol
