Hi i want to replace the solid fuel line that goes from the pump to the filter, does anybody know what would be suitable?:thumb:

You would be best replacing it with plastic, less likly to have any probs then.

Visit your local motorfactors and see what they can hook you up wiht.

copper fuel lines from b n q pretty cheap bought in a roll wont rot!! job done :D

I use 8mm micro bore from B&Q, its a ten meter roll so there is plenty if your return is looking a bit ropey. You can buy a tool to bend it but its easier to bend it by hand insitu, mine are now one piece from the external pump on the rear chassis leg to the fire wall where it joins to the rubber hoses to the fuel rail, I just put small pieces if silicon hose around the copper in the clips and anywhere it touched the body to ensure it didn't rub through, hope this helps.
