does that have a working horn push as well?

and when you say small how small is small lol, any good for everyday driving?

Yeah it has a working horn! and erm, it's small lol I only removed it to fit a standard 1. I'll go measure it now ;)

ok 13" isnt that small a normal one is 15" across.
