maybe the quality or the video but rear looks a little bubbly but the rest looks nova to me and obv the dash and i dont think theres a Micra K10 to K12 EVER which had windows in that configuration but indeed im saying a nova

Look at the ****ing centre console, The way the air vents are the dash the glove box and the K10 Micra's tailgate between the bottom of the glass and the top of the bumper is much smaller than a Nova's.
