Ratty Looking Van

I bought a little 1500 diesel K reg nova van that had been standing for over 3 years, had to do alot of work on it to get it ready for mot (welding etc) but this is where it is at so far.

i havent really took many pics of it as recent but shall do now iv started a thread on it.
About a month ago she had a prolaps and the engine fell out, so i had an idea of putting a 1700td in it, so now we are running with a tweeked densil which goes really well.
ill try get a few pics over the weekend as i need to clean it cus its covered in black sut (whoops fuel screw)

how well does it go i have a 1.5td and it goes quite good, people say a 1.7td will keep up with a xe to 60 is this true??

i have a tweeked 1.5td and thats pretty damn rapid so the 1.7 must be nippy but unsure about xe type of speed.

yer it goes well i gave it a bit extra fuel removed the little white plastic spacer from the plunger on top of the pump. Im in need of an intercooler and extra boost now and see what happens. its very close to an rs turbo fiesta hehe

Yer been trying to sort some banded steels out but no joy as yet as my other nova is taking all my money and time.

Just get some nice 15" Steels of an Astra G, they have an et38 which may need a little triming on the rear arch but they'll look good on 45 tyres.

not sure the front will go any lower. the back does need slamming, it was a kit i had lieing about so couldnt really decide the height lol
i dunno what to do with it now, think im gona put an arch on it and knock all the dents out and maybe paint it but leave the roof.
gona see if i can pic up some sr steels and get them banded but like i said im not really arsed with it as i need to get the turbo on the road.

I'd call it "Workedas its like a van thats been used as a work Vehicle. Its a class project and one of the few projects I'm actually following at the minute.

well her name is 'van'essa haha, dont really know what else to do to it tbh. really would like some sort of wide steels.
more importantly it needs a rear wheel bearing, rear arch and a driveres door.

i dunno if the bonnet on mine will look to much but id be up for it haha.
its a kinda working progress anything i find that looks cool usually gets stuck on the van.

hi all
not really done anything mojor to the van other than make a tow bar up the other night so i could go training on the bike, just a little pic of how it looked with my home made trailer on too, had a good day training not been on a bike in 12 months so expected to be a bit rusty haha.
