does anyone know sam clinch????

Hi all,
i am surposed to be buying a set of bumpers of the bloke called "Sam Clinch" and i sent off the cheque as aranged but he is very slow replaying to my e-mails (one a week, if i'm lucky!!!) he gave me his phone number but it just keeps on ringing.
so i was wondering if any of you lot knew him or if anyone has got a telephone number for him? he lives in hythe, kent, if thats usefull.
any help would be most appriciated,

Do you have his address?

Make up a letter with a soliciter's name on the top etc, just outline that you want money or goods.
