A wee bit too far away

I'd love the Nova machine polished to remove swirls and a good even shiney coat of wax on it...

listen mate do yourself a favour every week look at what the forecast is, wait until you get a full weekend of sun and go to local halfrauds or car shop and Buy:
detailing clay and spray for this (meguiars)
meguiars stage one paint cleaner
meguiars stage two deep crystal polish
meguiars stage three carnauba wax.

thats assuming you already have bucket sponges etc etc

the get up the saturday morning and start to work spend more than likly the full two days on the exterior. When i do a full top of the line valet to an older car i have the car for three days and remove all lights, mirrors etc so i can polish every little bit. may be worth doing that.

If you want to do it one weekend you will have to make sure you got plenty of energy!!!! and if you want pm me and i will send you come details on how to clay a car and best ways to use the 3 stage meguiars.

Hope this helps mate. Ian

I really cba will all this cleaning/detailing rubbish!lol

Bucket and a sponge and I am away.

Never see the point in wasting 10-20 hours cleaning, only to drive through a few puddles in the rain and hey presto, you are back to square one!!

martin your right, along with that, minimum you should polish you car twice a year once at the start and once in the middle. even if your not fussed about a nice clean car it just protects your car from the uv rays off the sun(what we get of it) acid in the rain and it also protects from alot of other contaminates in the air and on the roads. if your going to sell your car on average a full valeting costing around 45quid will add approc £150-200 to the value of the car as a full valet with buffing will remove light surface scratches and bring it back like new or as much as possible therefore looks like its been very well looked after. couple that with a full service history and your on to a winner. A known fact is there is more chance of selling a clean car, most people dont give a dirty car a second glace. valeting has been my trade for over 4 years along with a full portfolio i am know in the areas i live for nothing apart from valeting and the odd electrical job.

If anyone would like a quote or to see a few pictures out of my portfolio let me know and i will be more than happy to upload on here.
Cheers ian
