i bought a 1997 1.6 16v vectra x16xel the other day to put in my nova.when i rev the car to about 5000rpm the engine starts to vibrate mad near the camshaft cover or inlet manifold what is it from? and on the right hand side of the engine their is a small black box beside the camshaft cover with a pipe going to a sensor.when u rev the car is stays reving quite high and sometimes it just cuts out. but when i disconect the sensor it runs ok but the engine light comes on. is the sensor broke or what is it? thanks http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif
