having trouble getting equal length shafts to fit nova

I presume there in the cvs right and in the box etc? And your not trying to use the wrong shafts.

are you using the standard shafts straight off a calibra or proper shortened ones?

^ good point. If the answer to the above is, yes, then you need to speak to Chris Astley and get the shortened middle shaft.
