Pretty even bout - I thought your bro had him when he got full mount but he wasn't able to get some big shots away on his head and finish it. Good stuff though:thumb:

Awesome I have been interested in taking up Thai Boxing for a long time now to boost my fitness and for obvious reasons, Sunderland aint too far from me but I have NO idea of how to go around it as i hate the one way system.

Any chance of a meet up one day so you can show me the way and back from Peterlee?

In MMA they tend to use Muay Thai on their feet and Brazilian Jujitsu on the ground

Anyone ever seen Toni Jaa's films? the man is truly bad ass!

Still wanting to get back into Muay Thai or even give MMA a go.I trained for 6 years at Dean Whites gym in Dewsbury and trained with Dale White(If your into Muay Thai im sure you will know who they are ;))

Its one of the only things in my life that i wish i had continued at!

Has MMA got different weight divisions?and what rules are there is it basically anything goes except for headbutting and punches/kicks to the groin?
