How do. I've just registered to let you guys know that i've got a V6 Vectra SRI which has just failed her MOT on emissions. i was going to break it and sell parts but i've come to the conclusion that I can't be bothered and would rather just sell it whole really cheap, or swap for something cheap. Your choice. I know how you Nova enthusiasts like to chop your cars up and put bigger engines in so this is a good opportunity for someone to get some sweet parts, along with an A1 quality interior & stick it in another car if you desire! :thumb:

It's a '99 T reg estate with 127k on the clock, starts first time, runs fine and gearbox is pukka. Interior's still as it was when it left the showroom, speakers are still in place & are really good, dash has no marks, seats have no scuffs or tears/wear, wipers, computer, lights, all electrics work fine as does A/C unit... It has a spare wheel & Pirelli P600 tyre that's never seen daylight, SRI alloys, all the usual. Spare key, almost full service history (up to 100k but it's been serviced at home twice since) 6 months tax.

If you don't want to break it & just want to drive it, to pass it'll need a lambda, cat (maybe) plugs, leads, nearside wiper blade and rear tyres.

Any more info - including fail sheet - it's on Swapz.co.uk and I can send you the link.

I'm asking for around £200 or swap for a PSP/some sort of funky electronic device. And it's based in Appleby, Cumbria.

Thanks!:D

Got it. Unfortunately guys I can't go to you. Besides the fact I won't be able to get home, it's curtains for me if I get caught driving an MOT-less car with my record! Points don't mean prizes in my case, and if I get a pull, explaining to a copper that i'm going for a re-test when they'll know i've come from Appleby where there are 3/4 garages....Well, it won't wash in a positive way! Cheers. P
