Hi guys, very close to finishing my turbo project! Almost everything is back together! :) The car runs!!!!! Any way, this weekend im fitting the rad and the intercooler (Frontera) Do i have to move the rad across and sit in more in the middle, re drilling the bottom crossmember in order for the boost pipes to miss?? Any info would be a help! Also i want the intercooler to be hiden away behind the bumper! (sleeper look) Thanks :thumb:

Cheers m8, Thats bin a big help! The rad is fitted now, However its very tight as the intercooler pipe sits snug against the fan switch! ( may have to E-longate the holes i drilled! Also i had a look at a few nova turbos at pv some had turned the intercooler upside down, so the intercooler pipes when above the fan switch!! Whats the best way to do it?? Thanks!
I got rid of the std fan switch plug and just use spade connectors as this gives more room!

Can the intercooler from the frontera be fitted behind the standard GSI bumper with out cutting anything away or do you have to do a bit of cutting? Would prefer not to as i want a complete sleeper look and dont want it on show at all! Thanks
Check Lee H's wip I think he had to do minimal cutting to get the combination to work
If you want it hidden, custom cooler is the best way to go imo, either way the bumper bar will no doubt need modding!. Get in contact with Forge for a custom cooler, they are about £300.
