hi i am looking for a pot flywheel for an f28 gearbox and i am also in need of a front box mount to fit an f28 in my mk2 16 astra but i am not quite sure which one i need to use i have been told my stanard one is no good so advice is welcome i am hoping to pick these items up around cumbria because i have limeted transport at the min cheerslol
