F20 to F16 help

just a quick 1
I'm changing my gearbox on my redtop nove 2moro from an f20 to a f16 will i need to change the clutch to fit on the f16 box or are they both the same :confused:

some how i think you will be changing the box back to an f20 not long after fitting the f16.

the f16 has a closer ratio

they were designed with both boxes so they will last
but there is difference between them not much tho

f20 is stronger, but ive had my f16 in for nearly a year now, and done me fine, as long as you literally dont punish it to hell (which i doubt you will) it will be fine.

f16 is better then f20 imo.

there 20 years old.. what had more abuse in those years? the 115 hp or the 150 hp?

and if you have a f16 from a vectra A, big chance that is has low miles and been driven by youre grandad.

i'm running a f16 from an astra mk2 gte on my XE, its been on it for about 2,5 years, its abused regulary on the 1/4 mile, and she's still nice and sweet.

i had two f20's in my let and they both blew. ive had an f16 in it now for 6 months, driving the death out of it and i cant break it! imo f16 are better in xe novas, drives nicer more fun!
