Would anyone know roughly how much it would be for a new arch plus welding smothing rolling etc ??

prob bout £40 for the arch £100 to put it on and smooth it plus paint prob bout £150-£200 depending on shop...rolling the arch any decent panelbeater should be able to do that.

Your best option is to phone around mate, or take your car to some body shops. Most of them will say bring the car down so they can have a look themselves.
