im fitting a late xe and it has power steering from the calibra, ive searched the forums and cant find anything on this so was wondering if someone could help, what do i need to change everything to non power steering do i need different pulleys and belt etc?

I think you might need a corsa steering column to convert it too, don't qoute me on it tho!

Get the lower pulley machined down so the PAS drive is no longer on it.

If the engine has a wide 'multi-V' style belt(s) you could just convert it to the old single-V, but this would still need the PAS pulley machined off. Try searching, for any pics etc...

Sometimes some pulleys Fs on here, bear in mind the alternator pulley will need to be changed to suit & then you will need a belt tension adjuster.

it has one big belt that runs everything, would it not be possible to just remove the power steering pump and get a shorter belt to fit?

nope the pully will be too wide.

You need the single v bottom pully and single v alternator and brakets.
