anyone ply lined there own van? know anywhere i can get some templates?
Use some card to get templates, Its not that hard. Usualy the proper stuff is bloody expensive.
What van is it for?

Measure the areas you need to cover, then cardboard templates for the edges and cut outs. Thats how we used to do them, bodge it billy style, when i worked for a self drive company!

astra van, where do i get a piece of card big enough for the floor ect, cereal boxes just wont cut it lol

Super meerkat, cut them up, lay them flat, use selotape to stick them together, mark with a pencil/pen and trim with scissors.
Apply template to ply, mark around template with pen/pencil, cut out using an appropriate cutting device to suit the thickness of ply being used.
Fix to inside of said van.
Job done!

Just measure the floor and use card board as templates for the edges.
