I know this has probably been asked a million time's. My Let is only boosting to 0.5 on the boost gauge, should it be boosting to 0.8 to 1 bar. It was boosting below 0.5 before i altered the actuator.

I have about 3/4 of an inch of bar after the 2 nut's..

Should i keep altering it till i have the required boost, or will i blow the thing up??

You will blow things up if you do it too much, then try boosting it, but adjusting it the right way (not sure which way tbh!) slightly should be ok.

Not sure what it should be boosting to though.

start off with about 5mm preload on the actuator, make sure you have a boost gauge (best off to get a mate to watch it) and go from there!, Obviously if you are turning the boost up over standard you need to make sure your providing enough fuel or it will end in tears!

screw it towards the actuator to turn boost up. very small amount at a time!!!
