Anyone used this stuff before? Been recommended to me as the best there is (for joining diff case to gearbox)

I recognise the 'Universal Blue' name, if it's the stuff that looks a bit like toothpaste lol . However, I have never heard of the Hylomar name.
Sounds impressive, anyone know otherwise?

Also, where sells it? It's on the bay but I need it now. Halfrauds won't answer the phone ATM.

I Have Used It To Seal The Joint Between The Camshaft Housing And Head On The Old 8v Engines Seemed To Work Ok!!!
Why Dont You Go Get The Correct Gasket For The Diff Casing ????

its very good, but you need to have an oil and water free surface, it works well, but you need to use a fair bit. halfrauds sell it. £6 iirc

Can't get the gaskets. Have to make them mate, it's for the diff inspection plate and the diff to gearbox join for my 360 Volvo.

That's what I get for busting it open to MiG up the diff :( lol

Cheers dude!

Cool Sloth. Cheers man!

Grunt, it's already done. It fcukin rocks lol. The whining is a concern now though, so I've just been taking it easy until I fix the leak!

Hylomar is top stuff, as has been said use meths or acetone etc on both surfaces to ensure they are oil free.
