amp wiring to stereo

silyl question, but off my amp ive got 2 leads and 1 wire, a red lead that goes into the red sub port on the back of the stereo, a white one that goes into the back of the stereo also, and the wire that runs onto the stereo loom

fitting my enw stereo, their doesnt seem to be a wire to join the other wire to, does anyone know what it needs to go to? or if i need to cut/splice it in? :confused:

small wire? if so its the remote wire what head unit are you using

Red & White will be RCAs, the other wire should be remote signal output from the HU.

Look on the wiring diagram in the manual for the HU to see which wire is the remote output.

As jack said, remote or electric aerial output is what you're looking for, usually blue or blue with a white trace.
