gte engine on weber carb

HI i have a nova gte engine with a f**ked injection system and was wandering. Will a 1.4 sr inlet manifold fit the e16se head for she has a weber carb on it. IT will only be a temp thing to i can afford twin 40s.

it will "fit" yes, but it will be an utter sack of turd.

GTE E16SE spares are cheap as chips... You should be able to scrape together a full injection setup for about £25.
