these days you can only get keyboards with ps2 or usb connectors. Your computer will definately have a ps2 port (a small round port with a cresent of holes for pins) and may have a usb one depending on age (small rectangular port). Check you current keyboard.

you got a choice then. if you have only got one usb port, then i would go for a ps2 one, otherwise go for the usb keyboard.
