1.4i to a GSI

i'm changing me 1.4 single point injection lump to a GSI one can i use the original fuel pump? :?:

u can but read recent posts entitled fuel tank etc etc

the 1.6 has a built in swirl pot and some other gadgetery to ensure a lot of fuel is delievered, and also constantly. no going round corner and sucking up air etc from tank

1.4i will have swirl pot etc.... i use a 1.2i tank on my 2.0 16v
