View Full Version : a proper drive
went for my first proper drive since having my licence back :D.
a few things,
1. courtneys xe bilstein suspension kit is the actual bollocks
2. i need a quick rack
3. i either need more revs or a different box as i scream the tits off it in 2nd round corners and scream it in 3rd on straights.
4. and lastly im a girl as my arm is now hurting from holding onto the beast lmfao
in summery, proper fun and i love my car
And you're probably going to lose your license again soon lol :p

i never said i was on public roads.
But you were really, Don't worry not all of us are quick to judge, I often do more than 70, I am one of the few braves who dare admit that i do... 72 MPH  Well my speedo reads 72 but take into account the clocks could be out of calibration :(

i went on a backlane blast the other night aswell, shakey leg syndrome from a 1200 carb
I took my little sis out for a run in mine last night.
We endded up doing a 50 mile round trip.
She jumped out of a plain for her birthday a few weeks back and said that nothing would scare her.
1 nill to me then after about 5 mins down the road she didnt like it lol.

Glad to hear you got your license back!
The Courtenay Billy kit is great for british roads, just a shame it sits just a little too high and is too soft for track.
I have 1 of them suspension kits that needs slight work in the for sale section ;)
