I'm stuck with a mk4 astra until i can find a garage to house a nova. I am wanting to fit snowflakes to it and was wanting to know what size i can go to without any problems with arch fowling etc because i work in construction and drive crap roads. thanks

Had 18's on my mk4 astra gsi. Handling and ride were awful tbh. Much better on 17's IMO. Gsi snowflakes ftw !!!

Assuming its 5 stud.

Edd's right though. 17's FTW esp considering the guy drives on poor surfaces. Cheaper tyres etc..

Take at look at my wip on the link below fella... I do believe my astra sri was lowered 35mm on snowflakes and looked well without any arch trimming required.

my car is standard, i dont really want to do anything to it because i want a nova again. i think i will go for 17's though and then drop alittle because i dont think 17's are big enough with the hight it sits at now. thanks lads, p.s the black on your astra nick is sh!t hot, good choice of colour.

16's on a MK4 FTW!!!!!

big wheels and lowering make for a bad handling car that was sublime to start with
