what subs, components, head unit is best?

got this set up and wanting a cheepy sound system first so i can get some ice into the build. what would be best for about ?300.

I was told - after already buying my sony x-plod that if i wanted something affordable i should get a pioneer sub, which i believe is the same model that Tilly has... and was told they are quite good.

6x9's you should get something decent really... but you can get something decent for about 70 quid.

Head unit - well thats up to you really mate...
I personally dont know much about them, I usually just go for the power rating and what it looks like :D

you shouldnt of bothered with 6x9s.
its either subs or 6x9s both just causes distortian problems as they are bother trying to produce the same sound in the same air space,
and most makes are better than sony.
