Chrome Paint

I remember seeing a rather professional company that did special paints, like flip paints etc, and cant remember their web adres though. I saw on the site about chrome paint, which in theory will give the surface a chrome finish.
I really need that kind of paint for some small plastic bits and peices in my car, so if anyone has any ideas on where to get it, it would be much appreciated. or if you can think of any websites from well known or respectable companies that do special paints, please let me know.
