Filer on paintwork

As some of you know i resprayed the engine bay and have somehow got a little bit of filler on the nsf wing, gone hard now and only just noticed it, best way to get it off without ruining my paintwork?

It shouldnt have 'keyed' to non prepped paintwork fella, just gently pick it at with your nail as most times it will just break off without marking anything if your careful.
