XE = 150bhp std roughly £500 to do a cheap conversion
LET = 204bhp std roughy £1500 to do a cheap conversion
obviously once you start talking about forged pistons, rods, management etc the price rockets. then you have to think about mounts, driveshafts, brakes, welded shell etc to cope
I thought lets were 208bhp?

if you want a cheap reliable engine c20xe is the one lol
c20let engine is just pure power :D
but like some one said depends how much you want to spend :thumb:
Dont listion to these lot about turbos. they know nothing lol
What you want is a c20xe on tb's. going to be fast enough to put a smile on your face and the sound will give you a semi every time you open it up lol
And dont look into a v6 they are ghay lol :p
arguing over 4 bhp is a bit silly really, it'll make a few bhp more on a cold day, and the chances of finding one running exactly the quoted power output is pretty slim :p
And dont look into a v6 they are ghay lol :p
You know if my car was working, I'd come and give you a slap for that
Wait, my car does work, because the V6 is a reliable engine. Oh yeas lol :p

I was pointing out the fact that some sources quote PS (metric) intead of BHP (imperial) and people often confuse the two. Hence where the differing figures sometimes come from.
