Steering Rack lower input shaft bearing?

hi all, just pulled my quick rack out after it locking on me and it looks like the input shaft lower bearing has broken up, how do i get this out to put a new one in? all the rollers have come out and one got stuck in the rack so this is why it had locked but just need to somehow get the casing out, any one any ideas for me?

does the bearing housing have a screw on cover so you can remove and knock it out with a drift and patience?

no it dont, there is like a steel pushed in insert in behind it but not sure which way i need to puch this out, think i will just get another rack and put it in to that
