Is it woth it or shall i just with the standard pot one? Ive got a flat one spare and will stick it on ebay if its not worth using. Could i just use it with a uprated xe clutch? Car will be about 300brake

Id get a lightened pot one tbh!!
As a flat fly means you'll have to use a XE cover plate, which doesnt give the same plate pressure as a LET one... So its easier for it to start slipping....

I can get an uprated xe clutch and pressure plate though, i will need to buy a clutch anyway

Correct, I had this problem. You need to use a LET cover plate if running bigger power, even Helix uprated cover plates are only rated to about 250 lb/ft of torque.

Gotta agree as well, i ran a flat fly on my LET, even with a supposed uprated clutch it slipped, swapped to a lightened POT fly and std Vaux clutch and it was spot on.
