Hi all need some help with a nova 1.2 expression. I removed top cover to access belt and found out i need to remove bottom cover to. Unfortunately i cannot gain access to them because of the alternator pulley, so i removed alternator belt to but now cannot remove bottom pulley. Any suggestions please.
Your problery need a airgun to gun it off.

if the belt is still on, (if not put it on), wedge something strong though one of the holes through the top pulley. then undo the bottom pulley bolt. get a new timing belt too, and also this should be in mechanical,

not too sure but you should find out when you turn it, if it doesn't turn, turn it the other way
Its normal thread, best bet would be to stick it in gear with somone on the brakes, but i still doubt your get it off tbh.

Either gun, or breaker bar with correct socket on the end buddy.
