does anyone know roughly how much it will cost to get new sills sorted both sides?

Cheers

Its not a five minute job! Have you asked at a few bodyshops/welding places?

id say you best bet would to buy the new sill, offer them up cut away what isnt needed, drill all spot welds and clean up where the sill joins the floor plan.

than get some quotes for just the welding and do all the prep and spraying yourself.

Depends if you want them done properly (old sill cut out first) or bodged (new skin slapped on top of the old with a bunch of spot welds and lots of filler).

Either way if it's the car in your avatar pic then with it being a metalic finish both rear quarter panels will need fresh paint at least half-way up in order to blend the new paint on the sills in and re-lacquering, which bumps the cost up a fair crack.

Tbh if they're ok for mot I'd leave them and get saving up to have them done over winter.

£125

Not bad i thought.
