View Full Version : Project PGE
:)
I have owned this nova for nearly 3 years but its sat in a shed for that whole timelol
i started a new job offshore in october and sold my redtop corsa in feb , so with more time and money i decided 2 weeks ago it was time to do something with it.
i bought it from a friend who didnt look after it and the car had not been looked after for a few years.it already had a 2.0 16v , 6point safety devices cage, 1 sparco harness, cavvy gsi slabs, and koni suspension.
my plans:
strip it back to shell, chuck anything uneccesary, strenghtening the bay/car, weld in cage and more supports, and use it for track use only.
so heres some pics of my progress (i do all the work myself)
my last xe corsa

Will be good to see what you do with this one, your old Corsa was very tidy
Looking good, but your not using the Whole repair arch panel?
Will make it very hard to get it looking good.

in the middle of making a frame out of an old dolly, so that a can plonk the shell on it and pull it out of shed to steam clean the bay, and put it back in to do welding then take it into other shed for painting
