Hey People..

Ive decided to sell my mk1 Nova Project. This is unfinished, but most of the work has been completed and only small parts are required to finish the Project off.

The car started off as a G reg 1.2 star, with 55k on the clock (will double check the clock reading). It was owned by 1 family, and always well maintained. Loads of service history, old MOT's old tax disks etc.

I then got hold of it by having a rear end with it and ended up buying it. I was bored and fancied doing a project. Had a turbo laying around so started to make up the correct plates and all the required turbo parts.

1 year later as the turbo part is complete, and fully running. Only parts left are noted below

Work Done...
1) Manifold plate made to mount turbo
2) Sump drain added
3) Turbo oil feed added
4) Exhaust downpipe made to fit turbo
5) New inlet made
6) Intercooler fitted
7) Airfilter fitted
8) Racing seat fitted
9) Fully stripped out inside
10) lowered all round by 40mm
11) Boost gauge (need to be in a pod and the lights wired up)
12) has an alarm but is unplugged at the moment
13) Light weight kit car seat.


Work Needed...
1) Bonnet cut to allow air flow to intercooler
2) Pod made for boost gauge
3) Full harness for racing seat
4) MOT
5) Just a clean up and maybe some alloys
6) could do with a rear box to make it a bit better look at the rear end.

The car runs fine, and has some good get up and go to it.

I would love to finish this project but really havent got the time as I have so many other things that I need to do.

I will be working on the bonnet at the weekend so that might be one less thing to do.

you will need a trailor to take this away as it doesnt have an MOT or TAX, please come and look at the car, it runs fine and can be driven up my drive.

Surley you are joking ??? :tard: so you would rather have a standard 1.2 nova ??? ha ha.

Sorry for going off topic on this for sale thread but that is a bit of a stupid post as i mean i'm sure it's not going to help the sale of the car.

The MOT yeah thats possible. Will be more than £300 with MOT tho.

Just cut all the bonnet today making the air flow for the intercooler, and fitted a new rear exhaust. so just need to sort two harnesses (which shouls be this week). after that MOT time.

Not yet, Been busy with weddings etc. Im going to sell it cheaper now but with out the bucket seat.

Offers around £280.

Might break but depends on price.

yep and yeah. it has a small crease in the rear floor but all straight baring that. was mainly bumper to be honest

i have bout this car off my mate. he stripped a mk1 sr out. now im going to take the 1.2 out put the 1.3 sr engine in it. should be alot better!! will be puting pic of the protect being done. should done in the next 2-3 weeks. sr turbo!!!
