how much is a mint mk1 3 door 1.2 worth ive just been offered one it is well tidy?

Then again i bought my mk2 1.2 3door for £100 without mot or tax

I bought my 1.2sh*tpoint for £400 with tax and MOT for 6 months

I got my 1.2 merit (...5 door) with 12 months MOT n no tax for £350. Was in alright condition with a good set of tyres + alloys. A year on and its cost me about £450 to get it through its MOT again tho but thats probably cos i ragged it to bits.

ive just got back from having a look 29 k from new with history original radio with no tape deck! its a 1.0 lol under the boonet its mint still coverd in wax spray!

a few rust blisters on the doors and ns arch!

its realy tidy!

Book price on my Nova expression (in avg condition) was £150 about 5 months or so ago, however street value (when it was in good nick!) was worth about 600 or so imo, i bought it for 400 quid from a trader who told me it had history & warenteed the mileage, lying bastid he is!! >:(

Still back to topic, as RJ says, it really depends on what your 1 willing to pay and 2 what the seller wants, if he offering it to you at 500 notes & its in the mint condition he says it is then offer him 450 for it, if its not offer 375 and work from there. if he wont take offers and its not in the mint condition he says it is then walk away :( (thats if you think its too expencive!)
