springs and shocks!

please tell me if i can fit "CORSA B"(-60mm) springs to my mk1 nova?
And would there be any rubbing issues(i will be using vauxhall wheels et49)?
the main question i need to ask is how do i find the right shock absorber's to match these springs?
springs are spax.
what do you look for?(as in the shocker's)
total amateur at this.,so all help is apprieciated

You should have no problems at all Andy. Now lets see that gte back on the road.

the -60 is probably from a std corsa, so as the nova is lighter, and you have a gte which is -25mm anyway, then you will gain about 15-20mm, but they will fit fine.

its just that a local halfrauds near me have a set of spax springs -60mm for £30 brand new corsa b!,so do you suggest im better of going to find a set made for the nova and leave these alone?
idealy id like a -40 mm drop.

I used to think corsa springs wouldn't lower a Nova as much due to the weight but I haven't noticed a difference when I've changed them, always seem to lower Nova/Corsa by the same amount.. if that makes sense!

also if it lowers the corsa 6omm it may only lower the nova 50mm because of the weight dirfference between them.:thumb:
