I agree it is amazing, take a decent camera, my regret was my 1.3megapixel nokia phone i took at the time and it died a day in

it was way better pre 911, but NY is a truly amazing place

Yeah when i went ground zero was just a big hole with builders in it

A bloke i know went not long after and said it was really erie and wierd and people would just burst out crying

I think I'm the old person who didn't enjoy NY, how busy it is just doesn't do it for me, I'm more a fan of sun, alcohol and doing nothing. Have a good un anyway its definately one of those things you have to do in life

yeah, the place is busy, but if you, for example, go the grand central station & just sit there and watch, it is mesmerising.

manhattan is amazing to wander around on foot. its the little bits that are the best.. ok, the empire state & the chrysler buildings are awesome, but just walk down 5th avenue & look at the small buildings as well.

then go to FAO Shwartz's toy shop in the southeast corner of central park to have a go on the floor piano (like Tom Hanks in Big)

I'd love to go again as i went with a six form art group as a few of us geography boys and girls got to take the spare places so we got dragged round by scene girls shopping

My favourite bit was posibly the boat trip for the bridges and docks
