need help with 2.0 8v loom

brought the engine without loom so trying to connect all the connectors up any help???

Easiest to lie the injector loom in place & that should start to show how far each connector needs to reach, ie AFM, CTS,temp gauge, dizzy hall sensor, oil temp, TPS & ICV etc. Usually the plugs only fit the relevant sensor (in most cases) though some 2 pin connectors can be same & muddled up.

theres 3 wires gear box end green black and red with no plug any help???

got ruff idea where the rest go but these also which wires need to be connected to the old wiring loom
