i've heard that chocolate contains the same stimulants as tobacco, but obviously its a lot harder to light it.

seriously, i've seen people simply stop smoking, and with sheer bloody mindedness they have done it. i've seen people try gum, patches, that thingy you suck & they usually fail..

my grandad put a packet in a drawer & said that if he needed one, he knew where they were. he didn't smoke for 40 years, and when he died, my dad found the packet & threw it out!!!!

find something to take your mind off it, and you should do fine.

Quitting sucks. I recently gave up for 5 months and then for some reason (stress I think) I just started again.
