recently ive used O71C cosworth plugs in xes and lets and run brilliant, if you run more than standard boost gap them down to .6.
8 quid a set deliverd from egay.

BCR8ES as Paul said, they are standard RS Turbo plugs and do the job perfectly.

Oil wise I have used Shell Helix 10/40 and not had any issues with it

Do the BCR8ES fit staight in the engine, no messing needed?

0.6 is the same as a stanley knife blade

10-40 mineral oil for your et mate to keep it in tip top. as for plugs go for what the book says and then go a step colder for every 50 bhp up on stock your running as a general rule of thumb

Mineral for running in yes but not for hard use.

The RS Turbo plug is ideal for any LET engine so it what I would use

Anyone know if the same plugs fit the smallblock XE? I want to use the RS turbo plugs on mine.
