oval racer 8v help please!

Hopefully you guys can help me out.
I have an oval race car running 1.4nv 8v carb engine with a small flywheel and f10 gearbox,
Unfortunately the engine is on its last legs, I have a spare 1.4 block which i believe to be a spi block but it has a bigger flywheel.

How do I fit my small flywheel and f10 gearbox to the spi block? Is it possible?

They should unbolt and bolt back on, but I'd get new flywheel bolts from Vaux.

Does the starter still fit when fitting the smaller flywheel to the block that originally came with a big flywheel?

i would doubt it, be checking the smaller flywheel starter motor

Use the starter from the same engine as the flywheel.
