indicator relay Buzzing

Got a problem with one off my nova, When you put the right indicator you get a realy loud buzzing sound from the realy, but when you go left its fine, iv tryed a new hazzard switch, and relay but its still doing, Would i be right in thinking its a earth,

could be the stalk switch ?

defonate earth mate, i had simillar problems but the earth cable to by battery had snapped and had minimal contact.
