How long for a Clutch

Howdy folk's.My car is doing my nut in, it's either one thing or another. This week it's the clutch, it's slipping, Nova with a std Let in it, F20 box. At the minute it has a Paddle clutch in it.

Few question's::

1-Which Clutch should i get?

2-Will i have to drop the engine to get at it?

3-How long should it take me?

helix organic cluches or omp 5 paddle clutch both good but bit harsh for normal road use and not really needid on a standard powerd let, a decent sachs one will hold up fine with f20 on normal power. no you dont have to drop engine out its simple to change clutch but got to drop gearbox out, if it your 1st time probly take you a full shift to do it but can be done in few hours if know how to.
