1.6 16v help

Hi all I need a picture of the drive belt on a non pas x16/14xe as I need to remove the PAS from mine and work out how the drivebelt then fits, been told I will need a non pas auto tensioner as removing the pas removes one of the wheels the drivebelt goes round. ANy pics or help = rep

Or does anyone know a scrappy in lancs with one in I can go and have a gander at.

Remove it all totally.
Then copy any Nova engine - they are all teh same. (around the alternator and bottom pulley - thats it)

You will need a late nova bottom pulley with the trigger teeth for the crank sensor (gsi or Sri) and either an earlier alt (single V pulley) or swap the pulley on the 16v alternator for a nova one....

Is there any way of keeping the pump on just not using it (will need to make a new mount I presume??)

put engine in mate. ive fitted mine and im going to a place a mate sugested for a belt making :)
