hello there im doing let converion to a corsa and im using big cv,s on the inner and the outer side im wondering how much to take of the flange so that i can fit them into my stanard corsa hub and wheel bearing.cheers

fit corsa b gsi hubs and plug in a set of vectra 1.8 or 2.0 shafts mate. this all marries up perfectly and them shafts will set ya back about £20 a pair!!!

i have never heard of this option before but me and my freind discovered it ratching about for a shaft for his.

i hav proper shafts with big cvs on it.dont want to be but new convertion flanges for it as a can turn mine down to fit

anyone ever heard of doing this surely if i remove my standard corsa one and measure it and get machine shop to turn it down it should fit in my stanard wheel bearing and will be able to take the bigger cv joints
