ok i have no pedal presure cant seem to build up preasure have just fitted a new m/c cos i thought that was what was causing it but still no preasure. could it be the 5.1 silicone based fluid im using. i have no leaks and have bled the brakes
you must still have air in the pipes. you really don't need much to knacker the pedal pressure. get a pressure bleeder if you've not already got one & then be prepared to do it a couple of times

still no pedal i pump the brake pedal it starts to firm up i stop wait 10secs press the pedal it just goes to the floor
if its not leaking, then I'd say master cylinder and you've changed it... but i would say that you should also get the rear brakes adjusted right up, cos they can move so much that the air pockets will stay inside the lines... what sort of bleed pipe are you using?? saturday morning, in a panic to get my mot, I used a length of diesel leakoff pipe into a jar with 1/2 pt of fluid in it. the brakes worked a treat.
agree with above with the bleeding method

make sure you keep the fluid topped up even the slightest chance air could get sucked in will do this aswell
check your rear wheel cylinders and as said adjust them right up and then go for it again if no luck your leaking from some were
Have you recently changed the front calipers?
Are they the right way up?
If they are on upside down (nipples on the bottom) they wont bleed properly.

Likewise if the metal pad retaining spring (16v & V6) is upside down/inside out, the caliper will move & not take up pressure from the fluid (happened to me)
